I can't say enough good things about Cervices Roofing. After spending over a year trying to get Schuler Homes to address defects in our roof, we were frustrated and running out of options. We reached out to several roofing and insulation companies looking for answers.

Cervices was the only company that took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue and correctly identify the problem: poor roof ventilation that was trapping heat in our attic and making our upstairs unbearably hot.

From diagnosis to repair, the process took less than two weeks. The results were amazing. For the first time since moving in, our upstairs is comfortable and our home feels the way it should have from the beginning. Their knowledge, honesty, and fast service made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Had some siding secured where it was starting to pull away. Steven was our sales rep and he was very communicative. Everything from quote to completion of work was done in a timely manner. Would use them again for the next project.

Cervices did a great job repairing our fascia board and gutters. We were having an issue with animals getting in through our fascia board, and once they found that out, they expedited service to the next day! Charlie also came out after the job was done to ensure it was up to their standards, noticed issues with some of the repairs, and had a crew out that same day to fix the issues. He was great; very detailed and honest! Would highly recommend Cervices!!

Good overall experience. Took a week to get the estimate once everything was measured which I felt was a little long for an estimate. Working with Steve on this project was a pleasurable experience - highly recommend this salesperson.
